The project Process Optimization to Shorten Single-batch Slurry Mixing Time won the Second Prize in the municipal QC Achievement Competition for its outstanding performance in cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Meanwhile, the case study Digital Empowerment for Precision Transformation, written by the department head, claimed the Third Prize in the Provincial Chief Quality Officer Competition, fully showcasing the team’s solid professional competence and digital management capabilities.
