Recently, to meet the needs of production expansion, Zhejiang Kan Battery Co., Ltd. acquired 101 mu of industrial land in the Yanghao Block of Zhejiang Suichang Economic Development Zone, laying the groundwork for the company's new round of expansion. This land plot will be used for the implementation of the annual output 3GWh lithium iron phosphate energy storage battery project and the high-performance cylindrical battery expansion project. It is expected that after the completion and commissioning of the projects, the annual output value will reach 3 billion yuan.

As the first national key "Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique and Novel" Little Giant enterprise in the city, Zhejiang Kan Battery Co., Ltd.  has been focusing on the production and R&D of nickel-metal hydride batteries and lithium-ion batteries since its establishment in 1999. Its products are widely used in niche areas such as small household appliances, power tools, and garden tools. Not long ago, the lithium-ion batteries for handheld vacuum cleaners produced by the company were also included in the list of "Zhejiang Manufacturing High-quality Products" for 2021.

At present, a total of more than 4 million yuan in enterprise assistance funds for Yuheng Battery, including "incentives for sales to reach a new level, incentives for per mu benefit to reach a new level, incentives for technological transformation, and stable post return subsidies", have all been fully received.

"After the introduction of the new combined tax and fee support policies, we have enjoyed nearly 5 million yuan just from the refund of retained tax credits. Converting 'booked accounts' into real money has allowed us to accelerate the progress of the intelligent and digital factory!" Wang Liang explained.
